March 5, 2025, Vista, CA – The Woman’s Club of Vista (WCV) is hosting the Second Annual Vista Fun Walk for Autism Awareness and Acceptance from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on April 6, 2025 to be held at the Vista Civic Center Park. The event is sensory-friendly, and will include a 1K walk, a 2K walk, exhibitors, a tent with children’s activities, and educational opportunities to learn about autism resources.
All members of the public are encouraged to join the walk. The cost is $10 for adults 18 and over, $5 for teens 13-17, and free for children aged 12 and under. All proceeds of this fundraiser go to Vista nonprofits and nonprofit organizations that support autism research, awareness, and acceptance. Individuals can sign up online or at the event.
In addition to the walk, activities include origami, coloring books, a photo booth, raffle prizes, exhibits, educational opportunities such as the Blue Envelope program, and more. Exhibitor and sponsor signups close March 24, 2025. Walker signups are available online now and onsite beginning at 11:00 AM on April 6, 2025.
