On Tuesday, May 29th between the hours of 3:00pm – 10:00pm, Masters Kitchen and Cocktail will be partnering with the Oceanside Friends of the Arts for an evening of Fine Art and Fine Dining. Masters will be donating 20% of all customer checks (excluding alcoholic beverages) as a fundraiser in support of the Oceanside Friends of the Arts.
Oceanside Friends of the Arts is a 501(c)3 whose mission is to encourage, support and showcase local artists and their work in Oceanside.
“We do this mainly by producing First Friday Art Walk and by awarding scholarships to college-bound high school grads that want to pursue studies in the Arts.
Masters Kitchen & Cocktail has been a big supporter of Art Walk and has recently opened an attached gallery space to host local artists and artwork. This combination allows diners a real taste of the Oceanside blossoming art scene, says Pete Harwood, vice president, Oceanside Friends of the Arts.”
About Oceanside Friends of the Arts
The Oceanside Friends of the Arts was established in 2016 with the goal of establishing Oceanside and surrounding communities as an important arts, culture, entertainment and tourism hub/destination that catalyzes economic prosperity and a high quality of life for Oceanside’s future. The Oceanside Cultural District was recently selected as one of California’s 14, premier state-designated cultural districts by the California Arts Council.
About Masters Kitchen & Cocktail
Located at 208 S. Coast Hwy., Masters was once an industrial space with classic history that was a well-remembered drag car shop. The revamped restaurant keeps its authentic character, and offers a warm, inviting and delicious dining experience. A separate bar with communal seating serves traditional craft cocktails that sip and smell of the 1920s.
