The public is invited to attend the 2025 Oceanside National Day of Prayer event, held annually on the first Thursday in May. This year’s community gathering takes place on May 1st,
at the El Corazon Senior Center, from 6:00 – 7:15 pm, in the courtyard area. The facility is located at 3302 Senior Center Drive in Oceanside, across the street from the new Frontwave Arena.
This year’s program includes an opening and closing flag posting by the El Camino High School Marine Corps Jr. ROTC Color Guard, a live worship band, and an official Mayoral City Proclamation. Pastors and other community leaders offer prayers on topics related to our nation,
state, county and city. Fifteen churches from Oceanside support the 2025 program.
