The City of Oceanside will be upgrading to a new phone system on Friday, May 30, 2025, beginning at 8:00 AM. During this transition, there may be a temporary interruption in our ability to receive your incoming calls.
What You Need to Know:
• Some City phone lines may be unavailable for a brief period on May 30
• Emergency 911 service will NOT be affected
• Normal phone service to City departments is expected to resume by 4:00 p.m. on May 30, or sooner
• City departments will remain operational during this time
