With Labor Day weekend upon us, I’m kicking off today’s update with some tips to help you celebrate safely. And with safety top of mind, I’ll share new data showing that crime is continuing to decline in Carlsbad.
Before I get to that, I want to thank everyone who attended one or more TGIF concerts this summer, along with all the city staff who worked to make it another great year. The season wrapped up last Friday, with approximately 25,000 attendees across nine concerts! This highlight video captures how each concert brings our community together. I’m already looking forward to next summer.
