As part of the City of Escondido’s Annual Maintenance Program, Lake Wohlford Road will be closed to through traffic between Lake Wohlford Court and the JEB Sand & Gravel Quarry entrance from Monday, October 6, through Friday, October 17, 2025 (weekdays only), between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily.
Crews will be performing repairs to the roadway, fencing, and drainage to improve conditions, increase traffic safety, and extend the life of the pavement.
Local facilities and businesses along Lake Wohlford Road will remain open. Access will be maintained via the posted detour. Please follow all detour signage.
