Vista 5 Juveniles Arrested after Robbery and Stabbing

On October 3rd, 2025, at approximately 8:58 p.m., deputies from the Vista Sheriff’s Station responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon located at 30 Main Street, Vista.

Deputies determined five juveniles confronted a 19-year-old male victim, demanded his phone, and assaulted him when he refused. During the altercation, one suspect produced a knife and stabbed another member of the group. The suspects stole the victim’s personal items and fled the area.

Deputies located and detained all five juveniles a short time later at 240 North Santa Fe Avenue, Vista. Witnesses at the scene positively identified them. One suspect was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries from the stabbing.

All five juveniles were arrested for robbery. The suspect with the knife also faces charges of assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder. This juvenile was booked into Juvenile Hall, and the remaining juvenile suspects were released to their parents.

The investigation is being handled by Vista Sheriff’s Station detectives.
