An arrest has been made in the criminal investigation of a pet cremation business in San Marcos.
On Tuesday, December 2, detectives from the San Marcos Sheriff’s Station contacted Angel Paws Cremation owner Christopher Settle (DOB 11/09/1986) outside his home in the City of Temecula. He was taken into custody pursuant to a grand theft arrest warrant issued the same day by a North County Superior Court Judge.
Settle waived extradition and was subsequently transported to San Diego County, where he was booked at the Vista Detention Facility on the outstanding warrant.
