Vista, CA — January 6, 2026 — The Moonlight Cultural Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Jena Ralls as its new Executive Director, effective January 1, 2026. Ralls brings more than three years of dedicated service to the organization, most recently serving as Development Director, where she played a key role in strengthening the Foundation’s fundraising efforts and expanding community support.
During her tenure as Development Director, Ralls led major donor initiatives, grant development, and strategic partnerships that significantly increased philanthropic investment in the Foundation’s mission. Her leadership helped advance programming, ensure long-term sustainability, and deepen relationships with patrons and community stakeholders.
“Jena has demonstrated exceptional commitment to the Moonlight Cultural Foundation and a deep understanding of our mission,” says Dr. Dave Cowles, President of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “Her vision, collaborative leadership style, and proven track record make her the ideal choice to guide the organization into its next chapter.”
As Executive Director, Ralls will oversee all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, including strategic planning, fundraising, community engagement, and organizational growth. She will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and partners at the City of Vista and Moonlight Stage Productions, to further the Foundation’s commitment to enriching the cultural life of the community.

Ralls succeeds long-time Director, Jennifer Bradford, and her appointment reflects the Foundation’s commitment to leadership continuity and internal talent development.
