TERI Inspired Resale is operated by the nonprofit TERI (Training, Education & Resource Institute). Since its inception in 1980, TERI has specialized in improving the quality of life for children, adults and seniors with developmental and learning disabilities across the spectrum and whose needs cannot be met by other existing programs. The organization has been cited as a model program in California for the quality services it provides the special needs community from birth to hospice.
TERI is also in its second phase of building the TERI Campus of Life in San Marcos, a one-of-a-kind place where all abilities are welcome to learn and thrive together. On their campus, the nonprofit operates a café, theater, and private event rental spaces open to the public. Additionally, several adult day programs, social clubs and other TERI services take place with program participants from the San Diego Regional Center, making it a truly inclusive community celebrating all abilities.
