VISTA, CA – Vista Community Clinic (VCC) has once again been recognized among the nation’s top-performing health centers for clinical quality, earning the 2026 Health Center Quality Leader Gold Badge from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This marks the fourth consecutive year that VCC has received Gold recognition.
The Gold designation places VCC in HRSA’s top 10% tier nationally for overall clinical quality performance. VCC was one of only 15 health centers in California to earn the recognition this year.
VCC also received National Quality Leader badges for Diabetes Health and Heart Health, along with recognition for Preventive Health and Advancing Health Information Technology for Quality.

HRSA’s annual Community Health Quality Recognition awards are based on standardized clinical performance data reported by health centers nationwide. In addition to overall clinical quality, VCC’s 2026 recognitions reflect strong performance in diabetes and heart health, preventive care, and using health information technology to support patient care. Together, the recognitions highlight VCC’s performance across both chronic disease management and the systems that help patients access and stay connected to care.
