On Tuesday afternoon in Vista Village in front of the Starbucks, the community came out to meet with Vista Sheriff’s Deputies, the California Highway Patrol and the owners of two local 7-11 stores to have some free coffee and snacks, compliments of Starbucks and 7-11. All the kids received San Diego County Sheriff Junior Deputy badges, safety stickers and coupons for a free Slurpee from 7-11.
