Carlsbad Village is so fortunate to have a world-class community center in its historic Barrio neighborhood, just a couple short blocks from the heart of its downtown. The City of Carlsbad’s newest community center is kicking off the new year with after-school programs for teens, open gym time for basketball, badminton and pickleball, plus Friday night dances for middle and high school students. Teen programs are dedicated to providing teens with fun, creative and healthy activities in a safe, supervised environment. By taking advantage of opportunities to meet and socialize, teens create friendships that last a lifetime.
