Night time road work and lane closures for eastbound lanes along E. Barham Drive from Twin Oaks Valley Road to Campus Way originally scheduled to begin Monday, April 15 have been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 17 through Thursday, April 18. Work will begin at 1 am and take place in four hour time blocks. Closures for westbound Barham Drive from Campus Way to Twin Oaks Valley Road have also been rescheduled for Thursday, April 18 and Friday, April 19 from 1 to 5 am.
Delays in the schedule may occur due to inclement weather conditions.
Traffic delays are anticipated and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the work period. Standard traffic control measures with advanced warning signs and pedestrian detours will be in place.
The work is being performed as part of the pedestrian bridge construction to facilitate pedestrian movement across Barham Drive adjacent to Campus Way. Enhancements will accommodate improves associated with neighboring development projects.
