On Monday June 3, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM Oceanside Police, Fire Department and Life Guards responded to a reported body in the surf line South of the Pier. The body of a male was recovered and will be released to the Medical Examiner. The San Diego County Medical Examiners Office is responsible for identification and notification of the victims family.
