The Boys & Girls Club of Vista invites the community to spread some Holiday Cheer to deserving Club families who could use a little help this holiday season through its Adopt-A-Family program.

Benefactors will receive a family wish list and have the opportunity to provide a gift card for the family’s holiday meal. Individuals, corporations or civic groups interested in “adopting” a family for the Holidays can request a registration form from ellen@bgcvista.com, or by calling Ellen Clark at 760-724-6606 ext. 12.

We are also in need of volunteer support for Club Holiday activities as well as gifts for 150 Club members ages 5-18. Each year we host a holiday celebration where Club members get to share a special meal together and take home a gift from Santa.

According to Matt Koumaras, CEO,

“The holidays can be very stressful for a lot of the Boys & Girls Club families.”

All kids deserve to be happy and cared for this holiday season. I encourage you to help spread holiday cheer while creating special memories for some fantastic kids and their hard-working families. This Adopt a Family program is a very rewarding way to get families engaged in community outreach and show our neighbors that we care”
