Single-lane closures in a residential community have been scheduled for asphalt paving Feb 4 – 11, 2020. The work is related to SDG&E gas line improvements.
The streets that will be paved are Knob Hill Road, Palomar Drive, Via Ronda, Rambla Puesta and Rambla Serena. Due to the school zone, the work will take place from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and is expected to last no more than seven working days.
Two-way traffic will be maintained during paving. However, traffic delays are anticipated, and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes, if possible.
Standard traffic control measures with advanced warning signs and detours will be in place. Residents will be notified by SDG&E and/or the contractor, AM Ortega, prior to the start date.
Delays in the schedule may occur due to inclement weather conditions. Striping is anticipated to follow accordingly.
