On Wednesday Feb 26 , at 8:13 a.m., the Rancho San Diego Crime Suppression Team (CST) and Area Detectives conducted a 4th waiver search at 9715 Austin Drive, in Spring Valley. During the search, deputies located a small butane honey oil (BHO) lab inside the residence. The residence was secured and the Narcotic Task Force (NTF) Team 9 responded to the scene. NTF took custody of the BHO lab while deputies secured the scene. Amanda Capps
(DOB 10/15/95), and James Charles (DOB 12/26/64) were arrested for manufacturing-controlled substances and for possession of a controlled substance. William Nunn (DOB 02/08/78) and James Grigs (DOB 04/19/65) were arrested for possession of a controlled substances. The investigation is on-going.
