Here at AGSEM the well being of each of our members, volunteers and visitors is of the upmost importance and I have been working with several resources to help us through this time.
Currently as of tonight 3/13/2020 here are our official changes in scheduling: •The Carlsbad Flower Fields is suspending Wagon rides until April 1, 2020 (if this date changes we will inform you ASAP).
•Saturday, March 14 Quilting Bee is cancelled (Next session will be held in April)
•Saturday, March 14 Vista Forge Level II Blacksmithing class is cancelled (Next session will be held in April)
What has not changed… •We are still open daily from 10am-4pm unless it is too muddy for navigation on the grounds.
•We will be holding the Table Top Auction on Sunday, March 15, 2020 starting at 9am. Sanitizing wipes will be available throughout the event and we will continue to encourage hand washing for the safety of staff, volunteers and visitors alike.
Please continue to practice recommendation set by the CDC of good hand sanitization and remember if you feel ill to self-isolate.
We are happy to see of you but please remember we are a “no-handshake” zone so please understand when we don’t meet your extended hand.
