In order to protect the health and welfare of the City of Vista, the City’s waste-hauler EDCO, will continue their critical role of collection, processing, and transfer services. In order to protect their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic, EDCO has temporary closed public access to their customer service center in San Marcos.
•Until further notice, the EDCO customer service center in the city of San Marcos, will be closed to public access, including walk up customers. Instead, customers will be directed to telephone numbers, email or text options for payments, service or general questions via their website.
•Until further notice, the EDCO public BuyBack Centers in San Marcos and Fallbrook are closed.
