The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) dredges the Oceanside Harbor entrance annually to ensure safe navigation for vessels. The sand removed is placed on Oceanside beaches. This year’s dredging operation began in early March and recently packed up the pipe and demobilized.
