Multiple single lane closures along Vineyard Road and Borden Road intersection have been scheduled until end of September 2020, to accommodate sewer main improvements related to a new development project. Work will take place Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Start of work may tentatively be the week of August 17, 2020.
Delays in the schedule may occur due to inclement weather conditions.
Although all-way traffic will be maintained at the intersection, traffic delays are anticipated and motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during the work period. Standard traffic control measures with advanced warning signs and pedestrian detours will be in place.
This work is required due to sewer main upgrade required by Vallecitos Water District, as part of the project, Orchard Knolls on Richmond Road.
