The Vista Chamber of Commerce will host the Vista State of the Community presented by Tri-City Medical Center on January 25, at 1pm. The presentation will feature a community review of 2020 and a look-ahead to what’s next for Vista in 2021. After years of hosting an in-person lunch event, Vista Chamber of Commerce President & CEO, Rachel Beld, is excited for a new live-stream format stating, “We are thankful for the opportunity to bring this event to a wider audience using a live-stream platform. Thankfully, we can utilize the amenities at Vista’s own Film Hub to present the event in a whole new way.”

State of the Community speakers include Vista Mayor Judy Ritter who will present the State of the City and Tri-City Medical Center Chief Medical Officer Dr. Gene Ma who will speak to the State of Healthcare. Vista Unified School District Superintendent Dr. Matt Doyle and Vista Unified Trustee Cipriano Vargas will discuss the State of Education while Josh Williams, President BW Research, will share post-pandemic trends relating to jobs and the economy. Rachel Beld will provide an update from the Vista Chamber.

The event platform will allow for submitted questions from the audience. Tickets are available online at https://vistastateofcommunity2021.eventbrite.com
