June 2, 2021 – North County Square will be hosting a Thursday night series of live music concerts throughout the month of June. The concerts will be held in the shopping center’s food court from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. beginning on June 3. They are free to the public.
North County Square’s food court is located on the Target side of the shopping center and features Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Biggie’s Burgers, and KoKaGe Ramen & Sushi.
Scheduled artists:
• Thursday, June 3: Hailey Wild. Singer-songwriter Hailey Wild is based in Encinitas. She began composing at the age of ten. Her genre-bending music has been influenced by the likes of Lana Del Rey, the Glass House, hip hop, and jazz and is unique and eclectic. Hailey plays and performs on the piano, guitar, and ukulele.
• Thursday, June 10: Raynaldo Martine. Music industry veteran Raynaldo Martine comes to us from Oceanside where he writes and composes music, records, produces, sings, and plays multiple instruments — all at the same time. Playing piano and guitar, Raynaldo performs every classic hit imaginable. He recently recorded his own single, “Oceanside Song”.
• Thursday, June 17: Hailey Wild returns for an encore performance.
• Thursday, June 24: Jim Gibson. Although Jim Gibson is currently living in Oceanside, his music is a melting pot of sounds from around the country. You can hear the Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, and New Orleans influence come out. Blues, Jazz, soul – all with Rock n Roll roots. It is hard to nail Jim down to a style. He is uniquely Jim Gibson — in the end an exceptionally talented musician.
