Vendors are happy to sign up for booths at the Earth Day Festival, coming to Alta Vista Botanical Gardens in Vista. Join us at our 13th year of FREE family celebrations which will return on Saturday April 23 from 10 am to 3 pm!

The Vista Silver Star Foundation is excited to be selling their Ice Cream – be sure to find them for a cool treat. This group supports and provides activities for the Senior Citizens at the Gloria McClellan Senior Center which is located just down the hill from the Gardens.
Our own AVBG GrowGetters are working on propagating succulents to sell to add to your drought-tolerant gardens. Their plant sale also includes flowers and 4” potted plants donated by local growers.
We are so grateful that The Amigos de Vista Lions will again be offering their BBQ lunch for sale – hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks. Eat your lunch, rest up a bit, and then explore the Festival and the Gardens some more! Thank you Lions for always supporting our events and welcome back!
California Rare Fruit Growers (CRFG) will be sharing information about rare fruits. They work to find fruits that are adaptable to the local area. They meet to propagate and exchange plant material. You’ll be amazed at the number of plants they work with that DO grow well here in Southern California!
KR Boards specializes in creating durable, long lasting products made from skateboard wood. These pieces are beautiful! They collect broken skateboards from local skaters and shops. Each year, they donate 10% of their sales to a different special needs organization.
Vista Garden Club will be encouraging everyone to visit their 86th Annual Flower Show on May 14 and 15. The show features beautiful floral designs, photography, and educational and horticulture exhibits, their plant sale and garden art.
Sweets for the Sweet will be selling desserts to sweeten your day. Be sure to stop by – their candy apples sold out at Fall Fun Festival!
