Kids in the Garden Class – Water!

Water in many forms is the topic of “Water Is Wonderful,” the August. 6 Kids in the Garden Class at Alta Vista Botanical Gardens. Participating youngsters will use water for painting, spraying and growing things, learning about evaporation and melting, plus making bubbles, boats, and mud.

The $5 class, for kids from kindergarten through sixth grade, is from 10 a.m. to noon. Adults will accompany children. Family Members of the Gardens attend the class at no charge. Casual dress is advised for the messy event.
