The San Luis Rey Tribe of Mission Indians and the City of Vista want to extend an invitation to the installation of a plaque at Found Lofts commemorating the collaboration between the muralist and the San Luis Rey Tribe of Mission Indians. Found Lofts is located at 516 S. Santa Fe. Ave., Vista, CA. This is the location of the 60ft Award Winning Mural. City of Vista officials and the Tribal Council will meet on Thursday March 2, 2023 at 4:30 pm at 508 Tavern for this casual and fun event.
