Celebrating 15 Women with a Quinceańera

Join us as we celebrate our anniversary honoring 15 Women who left their abusive relationships with a quinceańera.
​Inspiring hope, strength, and confidence in a woman’s ability to provide a safe, loving home, ​free of violence, for herself and her children.

Las Valientes is a program designed to assist women in the Hispanic community with legal issues associated with domestic violence. We assist our client’s with obtaining restraining orders, legal representation by competent attorneys for family law issues, immigration, and juvenile court.

Our program also assists clients who do not need an attorney to fill out legal documents associated with family law issues. We guide our clients as they go through the sometimes complicated legal process, and accompany them to their court appearances, as well as help them to understand the legal process.

Las Valientes has proven to be a very successful program, not only for the dedication of our volunteers and services that we provide, but also because our advocates themselves are survivors of domestic violence who understand the needs of the clients we serve, which is one of the many reasons we are highly regarded in the Social Services field.
