The City is planning to improve the multi-use trail connectivity between Buccaneer Park and Vista Way, and add a new trail from Vista Way to Carlsbad Blvd. Once built, the multi-use trail will become a part of the Coastal Rail Trail and will eventually connect a key gap between Downtown Oceanside and Carlsbad.
