Veterans Give to Vista Boys and Girls Club for New Roof Fund

On January 9, 2018, it was raining outside and a drain pipe broke at the Vista Boys & Girls Club due to the volume of rain. The club was flooded, which emphasized the need to replace the roof on the 50+ year old building at a price tag of $250,000.00. There is a fund raising effort in place.
On Wednesday afternoon, February 7, 2018, members of the American Legion #365, the VFW #7041 and the Military Order of the Cootie Pup Tent 40, presented checks to the club to help with the new roof fund.
