With the threat of rain all day it did not damper the music lovers from packing out the Guadalupe Brewery Tap House, 508 Tavern, Jackson’s Sports Bar & Grill and the Paseo Artist Village along South Santa Fe.
Performing were the soulful sounds of the Seaside Ramblers, CC Blues Factory, Anthony Cullins Band and Micah Kimball & The History.
The festival was sponsored by the Central Vista Business Improvement District that serves Vista’s Downtown business community.
