Vista’s First Chicano Art Festival “Exitoso”

Vista’s 1st Annual Chicano Art Festival hosted by the Backfence Society and presented by Elevated760’s – Artist on the Asphalt AOTA – Chicano Art, was held last Saturday in Historic Vista on Citrus Ave. This event was a merging of creativity, culture, and community. They came together to appreciate and celebrate Chicano art in all its forms. It was well attended for a first time event. There were Live Artists, Music, Low Riders and local Vendors and several food vendors, food trucks and craft booths. Food was collected for the Jacobs and Cushman San Diego Food Bank. Vista looks forward to next years 2nd Annual.
