The City of Oceanside and the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce are holding the inaugural Oceanside CAREs Business Walk on May 8, 2018, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the Oceanside Business Parks.
The City of Oceanside is expanding its business retention and expansion program by annually conducting a survey of the business climate in the city’s Business Park with the help of local volunteers. The responses to the survey will generate a simple, easy-to-read report that decision makers can use to help strengthen their local businesses.
The power of the Business Walk is that individual business owners and managers have the opportunity to meet with the business and civic leadership of Oceanside who have the ability to act on their behalf to ensure a prosperous business climate.
In addition, this will be a day dedicated to learning more about local businesses through face-to-face surveys on their turf.
For more information or to volunteer, please contact Scott Ashton at the Oceanside Chamber of Commerce at scott@oceansidechamber.com or 760-722-1534 or Tracey Bohlen at the City of Oceanside at tbohlen@ci.oceanside.ca.us or 760-435-3351.
