The Assistance League of North Coast (ALNC) is hosting a reception on Wednesday, October 25th to allow the teen artists in local high schools who painted and donated art work to the organization to see the creations of other students who participated. Over 100 art students from Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista were invited to participate in this fund raising event to benefit the over 11,000 children living in poverty in our area. The event will be held from 4:40-6 PM at the ALNC Chapter House at 1816 Oceanside Blvd, Suite F in the Frazier Farms shopping center in Oceanside. This event is free and everyone is welcome. Students attending will be entered to win many wonderful prizes contributed by local merchants. The paintings donated by the students will be sold at the ALNC Rock around the Clock fundraiser which will be held on Sunday, October 30, at the Ocean Hills Country Club in Oceanside.
