City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation is excited to celebrate Halloween with our annual Halloween Spooktacular: Trunk or Treat! This FREE community event will be held at Mance Buchanon Park this Saturday, October 26th! Trunk hosts decorate their vehicles and pass out candy. Everyone is welcome to dress up in their favorite costumes! This event is open to the public from 2pm-5pm.
