VISTA, CA–Food Truck Fridays have come to Vista through the months of July, August, and September in Historic Vista on the corner of Citrus and Broadway. The new event features food trucks, and music from 5:30 pm-8:30. DJs and live bands play as food lineups such as Phatties, Mr Ceviche, Drippin Kitchen, Que Botanas . Within walking distance to local breweries and restaurants and great shopping at Public Lemon, Beads Crystals & More, Embroidery Image, Bungalow 101.Hollywood Barn, Twice and Moonry
Traci Lawson, the owner of Public Lemon advocated for a grant from the Central Vista Business Improvement District in order to hold Food Truck Fridays. Vista, has not had food truck events like other local city’s have and she saw this as a way to bring people together and take advantage of shops and tap houses and restaurants.
Both Bungalow 101 and Public Lemon provide a 10% discount on Fridays when you mention the “Stay Hungry Vista” event. INZANE Tap House Brewery at 236 Main St invites you get your food and come have a pint with them show your receipt get a dollar off your first pint family’s are welcome and watch the ball game.
