To improve the safety and flow for participants and spectators, Grand Avenue will be open to through traffic during the event hours. This change will take place this Friday, August 20. Please note that the traffic signal at Grand and Broadway will be activated for the event ONLY. Meaning the light will rotate through green, yellow, and red cycles during the event to assist with the flow of traffic at a safe speed. The signal will remain on flash during non-Cruisin’ Grand hours.
