Oceanside City Council has approved a new two-year contract with Circuit, a company that provides electric vehicle passenger shuttles. The shuttle service, which will now run year-round, will no longer be free. The introduction of a minimal fee, $3 per person or a maximum of $6 for groups of two or more, aims to help recover the $573,000 annual cost of the contract.
