12-Week Creative Journey at Oceanside Public Library

Join us at the Mission Branch of the Oceanside Public Library for 12-weeks of creative exercises. Meetings will be held every Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. at 3861 Mission Avenue beginning February 13, 2020, and will run through April 30, 2020. Kick start your creative life with methods used by visual artists, writers, musicians and artists of all types. Following Julia Cameron’s text, The Artist’s Way, local artist Todd Gomes Aviv will introduce exercises, activities, and prompts each week which will build on each other. These help to foster a commitment to creativity for participants. Free and open to everyone – this program is for established artists, those just embarking on their creative journey or anyone interested in expanding their personal creativity. Attendance at all meetings is encouraged. Space is limited and signups are required. Call 760-435-5600 to register.
