Executive Chef Amy DiBiase and Chef de Cuisine Abner Peralta of Alejandra’s Fine Mexican Food and Cantina in Carlsbad present a five-course tequila-pairing dinner on Thursday, September 14 at 6:30 p.m. The night of elevated gastronomy exclusively features Código 1530, which makes all-natural tequila without any added sweeteners or colors in the Mexican town of Amatitán. Food selections are seafood-themed, including Green Shrimp Aguachile Tostadita, Gordita de Salmon Ahumado, Octopus a la Diabla Empanada, and Halibut a la Veracruz. Drinks include spritz, margarita, and old fashioned.
