On June 21, EAA will host Internationally known singer Sacha Boutros and exclusive Fraticelli Wines to celebrate this Milestone.
–Escondido Art Association (EAA), announces their Summer Solstice Soiree and key supporters for their upcoming 65th Anniversary event on June 21 at the Churchill House in Escondido. This event is both a celebration and a fundraiser as EAA is a non-profit and is supported by grants and donations. With an Italian theme, the event will include music by Sacha Boutros, dinner provided by local restaurants, a wine tasting by Fraticelli Wines and a limited art auction.
Over the years, EAA has provided a platform for thousands of artists, offering classes, workshops, and receptions, but most importantly EAA has provided a home in their gallery for artists to show their work every single month. The gallery walls host new and experienced artists alike and their work is exhibited side-by-side. It has become a much-needed platform for new artists to gain visibility and more importantly, confidence in their work.
The event will be held on June 21, 5-8pm at Churchill House located at 140 W. Third St. in Escondido and will feature international award winner and Grammy nominee, Sacha Boutros. A resident of Paris, France, Ms. Boutros is a personal friend of Board President and former Jazz Artist, Tokeli Baker and is donating her time and talent for the event.
“As a passionate advocate for the arts, I am delighted to offer my talents and support of the Escondido Art Association and its annual Summer Solstice Soirée gala, which has been a beacon of creativity and inspiration for all who attend. It brings me great joy to contribute to a cause that nurtures and uplifts artists, fostering a vibrant cultural landscape for all to enjoy “, said Boutros. Dedicated to community, Fraticelli Wines of Napa, California will provide the wine for the event and give attendees a rare taste of the excellence and dedication to their craft.
“We are deeply honored and excited to extend our support to the Escondido Art Association by providing an exclusive wine tasting experience at their highly anticipated gala event in June, where patrons and enthusiasts alike will have the opportunity to savor and explore our selection of premium small batch super exclusive wines, fostering a vibrant celebration that celebrates the rich tapestry of art and its profound impact on our community.”
