Guests are invited to enjoy a lavish Thanksgiving spread, featuring modern dishes such as savory spinach and Frisée salad with roast pear, shaved fennel, pepitas, goat cheese, and apple ginger-vinaigrette; fall harvest root vegetable quinoa coconut curry; pan-seared True Striped Bass with pasilla & piquillo pepper Romesco sauce; and cabernet braised short rib with celery root puree. Traditional favorites include slow-roasted free-range turkey with brown butter sage cornbread stuffing and giblet gravy; whipped potatoes; candied yams; and house-made pumpkin or chocolate pecan pie.
