Get ready to cook up some zesty eats with Gelson’s Online Citrus Cooking Class! The specialty grocery store will be hosting an online cooking class on Thursday, April 28 at 6pm with Gelson’s Corporate Executive Chef Abraham van Beek to highlight delicious California Citrus recipes.
Learn to make a refreshing Grapefruit Paloma Cocktail (alcohol optional) to sip on while preparing a tasty Pixie Tangerine Salad with Fresh Oro Blanco Vinaigrette and a Lump Crab Cake with Avocado Mousse and Citrus Fennel Slaw. To accompany the succulent sides, Chef Abe will give a step by step on how to create a crispy Chicken Milanese with Arugula and Oro Blanco Salad. The cooking kit with all recipe ingredients serves two and is priced at $59.99.
