The Vista Garden Club Hosts Speaker on Vermicomposting

What is ​Vermicomposting?

Rubi Rehder, also known as​ “The Worm Wrangler,” will discuss Vermicomposting​ at the June Vista Garden Club Meeting. Vermicompost, also known as worm compos​t,​​ is a compost​ ​rich in nutrients ​ loaded with the microorganisms that create and maintain healthy soil.

​The Meeting will be held at the McClellan Senior Center, 1400 Vale Terrace Dr., Vista​, June 1st​. A light ​lunch​eon​ ​will be​ served at noon​ ​and the program​ will​ follow​ ​a short business meeting at 1:30pm​.
