This highly anticipated inspired warehouse conversion houses a curated mix of shopping, eating and drinking options: Brixton Oceanside, the third retail store of the hometown hat maker and apparel line, The Annex by Communal Coffee, an extension of the North Park-based creative-minded cafe and shop, Shootz, a collision of Maui and Baja flavors served in poke, tacos, and daily market specials, and Bottlecraft, a bottle shop and bar offering the best local domestic and international craft beer.
