The official ground breaking of this project will be Monday April 9th at 2:30. It will be attended by the project developer, City of Vista officials, Vista Chamber of Commerce, Vista Village Business Association and the public is welcome to attend.
This will be a five-story mixture of shops and high-end apartments. The private development project, called “100 Main Street,” includes 126 new residential units and 14,500 square feet of commercial space. The project is expected to bring more foot traffic to downtowns restaurants, shops, and businesses.
