North Coastal Prevention Coalition’s (NCPC) annual 420 Remix – Celebration of Sober and Drug Free Life Choices event at Boomers! will announce winners of county-wide PSA contest and provide free wristbands to all students who entered.

Everyone is welcome to join us and celebrate with us.
