On Wednesday, May 4th, 2021, Oceanside Police will implement a new Zoom crime reporting system. Zoom Crime reporting provides a face to face reporting function that is not present with traditional phone reporting. Also, it provides users with the ability to have face to face communication with a member of the police department, while maintaining a socially acceptable distance and not having to physically come into the department to report their crime.
