WHAT: On Tuesday, August 29th, Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) will host a press conference with Vista Mayor John B. Franklin and Vista City Councilmembers to present them with a $250,000 check for the Vista Transit Center Grade Separation and Planning Project. This project will lead to improved safety and accessibility for the community by recommending bicycle and pedestrian crossings, bus stop improvements, and a grade separation plan to reduce conflict between trains and road users.
