SERVPRO of Vista/San Marcos, Escondido and Carlsbad Knows The Importance of Community Outreach

By Ruby Vos
Community Outreach Coordinator

SERVPRO of Vista/San Marcos has been in the North County for more than two decades, serving, aiding and remediating your water damage, fire and bio hazard issues. But did you know that we also have teams of people who are hitting the pavement everyday to see how we can best support our community and their work, in our vast, ever changing world? If you are a private homeowner or a large business, you may have already used one of our services. You already know how we at SERVPRO of Vista/San Marcos, value our customers. Customer service is, along with excellent results, are our main goals.

We are big supporters of our Local Hero’s from the Military to the Padres. We support wonderful groups like Wounded Warrior Homes in San Marcos, with donations, sponsorships and some emergency home services.

On September 16th, we are one of many sponsors that are supporting the Wounded Warrior Home Golf Event at the Lake House in San Marcos. A collaboration of like minded people and community leaders make events like this possible, resulting in much needed funds to keep our local Non-Profits running and serving.

We are also sponsoring and hosting the Summer Joint Mixer for Vista and San Marcos Chambers with a Silent Auction. It will be held on Thursday August 22nd from 4:30-6:30 at the SERVPRO Shop in San Marcos on Santa Fe/Bostick.

Members: $10.00
Nonmembers: $20.00
Food and Music will be provided.

Silent Auction: All proceeds will be donated to the “RISING STAR SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM.” A program sponsored by the Vista and San Marcos Chambers to provide funds for students facing extreme Life Challenges, while also maintaining their school work.

On Saturday August 24th, between 10:00-1:00, you will find our teams doing BEACH CLEANUP at the Oceanside pier. Everyone is welcome! This is a Community Event that we sponsor with food, drinks and family fun. We take pride in the beautiful communities that we represent and have the privilege to reside in.

Knowing that our success depends on our customers and the communities we serve, we take pride in our Community Outreach/Engagement Division. All our events are open to the Public.

Please note: Some events will require an entrance fee.

We hope that you will participate in the wonderful Community Networking Opportunities that we support and that keep your communities strong and active.
